7.2 How to Submit a Privacy Request

- Sufficient information for us to verify your identity
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice). There is no fee for processing verified requests unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
8. Data Retention
- Contact form data: Up to 24 months after last correspondence, then deleted or anonymized.
- Event registration data: Up to 24 months after the event, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Analytics data: Up to 26 months in aggregated or pseudonymized form (only if you consented to analytics cookies).
- Cookie and consent records: Up to 12 months in browser local storage.
- Server logs: Up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting.
- Legal holds: Longer retention when required by law, regulation, or active legal proceedings.
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, secure hosting, and staff privacy training. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. 12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT. We currently do not respond to DNT signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing where applicable under California law.
